What types of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  We also accept checks and money orders.  However, when paying by check or money order we will not begin work on your order until payment is received and cleared.

 

My order was declined what do I do?

Go back to your shopping cart and verify that you have entered all of your information correctly.  It is important that the billing address is the same as what your credit card company has on file.  If this address does not match the transaction will be declined by the credit card company.

What is Your Production Time

 

All of the products on our site are made to order for our customers.  That means that they are original pieces personalized to your specifications.  Most orders can be completed within a week and ready to ship.  During our busy seasons or holidays production time may take slightly longer due to the volume of orders.  We do our best to make sure that your order is completed quickly and accurately. If you are unsure about whether an order can be completed in the timeline that you require feel free to contact us or put the date that the order is needed in the comments section of the checkout page, rush fees may apply.  It is important to note that production time does not include delivery time.  Please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping method.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders placed in the Continental United States.  Orders of $100 or more are eligible for free shipping in the Continental United States.  Other USPS and UPS Shipping options are available and will be listed at checkout with the charges that apply.

 

Flat Rate orders are most often sent out USPS First Class Mail.  Tracking numbers will be provided for this method when your order ships.

 

If you need to have orders shipped to international destinations the delivery methods available will be listed on the checkout page.

 

I paid for Expedited Shipping, why did it take so long to arrive?

 

Please keep in mind when you are choosing a shipping method that it determines the transit time from our facility to you.  This does not include or change the time that it takes for production of your custom products.  It is important to note that if you pay for Second Day Delivery you will not receive your package in two days.  It means that as soon as the production of your product is complete it will be sent out by two day delivery.

 

If you have a specific date that you need to have your products delivered to you by please keep production time in mind when selecting a shipping method.  It is always a good idea to add the date that need your products in the comment section of the checkout page.  If there is an issue in meeting your deadline we will let you know. 

 

I just realized that I entered some of the personalization for my order incorrectly.  How do I edit my order in the shopping cart?

If you find that you have entered your personalization choices incorrectly in your shopping cart you can click on the "edit item" button directly below the product personalization in the shopping cart.  This will bring up all of the personalization choices again.  You may then change any of your personalization choices, including the quantity right there in the shopping cart.  There is no need to delete the product and re-enter the information again.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, your order can be changed or cancelled prior to us beginning work on it.  Each order is custom made, therefore, once work has begun it cannot be changed or cancelled.  If you need to cancel an order or modify it please contact us the same day that the order is placed. 

 

What is your return policy?

We work hard to provide our customers with quality products.  We inspect each item prior to beginning personalization and after our work is complete to ensure that each item meets our standards.  Upon receipt of your order please inspect your purchase.  We do not accept returns on personalized items unless an error was made on the part of C. Claire Embroidery, LLC or manufacturers defect.  If you find that your order was made incorrectly, an error on our part, please notify us immediately.  All errors must be reported within 7 days.  If the error was on the part of the customer we cannot accept a return.  Therefore, please verify that the information that you provide us at the time of the your order is accurate.

 

Do you share information about suppliers?

No, we do not share information about our suppliers to customers or businesses.
